Week recap/Motivation Monday
Monday – No run because crazy monsoon rain all day! 😦
Tuesday – Ran 6 miles
Wednesday – WOD, 12 reps, 4 rounds (Burpees, Tricep Dip, Lunge Hop, Butterfly sit-up, Push-up, Jump Squat) Goal is to do workout faster next (my time was 9:46)
Thursday – Ran 4 miles
Friday – Ran 4.25 miles with 6 hill repeats
Saturday – Ran 8 miles
My total were very low this week because of no run on Monday but I will be kicking it up this week!
