Week Recap/Monday Motivation

Monday – Ran 4 miles

Tuesday – Ran 4 miles

Wednesday – Home CF WOD

Thursday – Ran 6 miles

Friday – Ran 3 miles

Saturday – 5k Race, PR and 2nd in Age Div.

Sunday – Ran 7.5 miles

On top of my training, I started coaching “My First 5k” on Monday and Wednesday evenings and got in an extra 3 miles of run/walk intervals.

Whew, what a week!
